When I entered, I was met immediately by one of the dental nurses, she showed me how to sign in for my appointment, offered me a drink, which I thought was really nice, the dentist talked me through every step of my consultation which in return made me feel totally relaxed, because I knew what was happening, I was given a breakdown of cost and options for my dental treatment, which was very helpful then the administrator talked me through my options for payment and was very patient with me and explained everything that would happen if I was happy to go ahead with my treatment, all the staff were very helpful and friendly , I would totally recommend nu dental to my friends and family. I was very happy with the service from start to finish.

What I noticed first as I walked into the surgery was the calm feeling and that beautiful smell of the incense. The sweet and helpful receptionist allayed my anxiety but as I encountered other staff, they too were keen to help. Dr Aatiya stood out for her focus and diligence despite the time to close the surgery was near. She took time to explain the state of my gum and what needed to be done without being condescending like other private dentists I’ve seen. So yes, I totally recommend this place for anyone who wish to be treated with respect and compassion.
